Hi, my name is Katie. I am here to listen to your story without judgment, and to help you understand all parts of yourself.
If you are burnt out, depressed, anxious, hopeless, lost, or struggling to make sense of yourself, I could be the right therapist for you. I specialize in existential anxiety, life transitions, understanding patterns of behaviour, family systems, intergenerational/family trauma, ADHD and relationship issues.
I have experience working with a diverse population including teenagers, young adults, adults, neurodivergent folk, and members of 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

My office is conveniently located in Centretown at 356 Maclaren Street. I also offer virtual appointments.

Each person has unique needs — some clients have specific goals while others are looking to explore. In my office, therapy is an organic process that slowly unfolds. We will work together each step of the way to understand what is most helpful for you.
